But the CPU can't be spiking in temperature. Should I turn the system off until I hear from HP? I think clearly this is a software or possibly a sensor problem. There does not appear to be any spike in temperature that I see on the Hardware Status screen. I am at a loss to explain what's happening. I installed the new HP 1.3 Update a few days ago but other than that everything was running fine. This problem only seems to have happened today.
